HOW TO ORDER

Online
Ordering items from Blueberry Glass is simple. The catalogue allows you to select items individually and adds them to a shopping basket to take to the checkout. Complete the form, including delivery and contact details and your order will be sent to us. If for any reason the item you have selected is not available we will contact you to let you know when to expect delivery.

Payment
At Blueberry Glass, we offer online card payment through Paypal, a recognised leader in secure payment processing. Its simple to do - just follow the directions on the site. (Please note that you will need to set up a Paypal account if you do not already have one.)

Click here to download and print our order form. Once printed, just fill in your details and send it together with your payment to Blueberry Glass, 3 Bishops Path, Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, TA8 1RF. (Please make cheques payable to Blueberry Glass)

Call us on 01278 794398, during normal working hours with your order requirements and card details to hand.

DELIVERY
We take great care in getting your order to you safely, and will be sent by mail or carrier. Costs charged according to the items ordered. We only deliver to mainland UK.

Orders Over £25 + £6.50
Orders Over £100 FREE

We aim to deliver your goods within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. Should there be any delay in processing your order, we will let you know.

CARD SECURITY
Credit/debit card payments are made through PayPal's secure payment service.

VARIATIONS
Some items may vary from the photographs, and due to the handmade nature of our products, makes each one unique. Exact colour matches to catalogue photographs cannot be guaranteed. All sizes given are approximate.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your Blueberry Glass purchase, however if you are not happy for any reason please let us know within 3 days of receipt and return the undamaged goods to us, unused and in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. Postage & packing costs are not refundable.
